Thought I would share a few more Christmas layouts before everybody is completely out of the mood. Here is a layout from a few years back...pre-Covid...when all seemed well with the world.

Stocking Fun - Two Page Christmas Scrapbook Layout
Oh....my heart! I love these two grandkids so very much! They fill our heart with joy and chaos!! We bought them matching Christmas pj's in 2018. The pictures turned out so cute!! I'm guessing the pj's no longer fit!
Who loves plaid and checked flannel look paper for Christmas pages??? Probably nobody loves it as much as me. My boys wear a lot of plaid flannel, and the rear-end patches on their pj's made it easy for me to pick my paper for the layout! I probably should have added bears, but I decided to go with the homey, sparkly cabin scene instead.
The plaid decorative tape, helped ground the title and tie it into the cabin scene. I used a clear glitter Wink of Stella pen on the trees and roof tops.
It's starting to look a lot like Christmas in our home. The decorating has started!! You are probably all done, but this is how we roll here... I just can't start before Thanksgiving. Hope you are enjoying a blessed Christmas season!

Baking Spirits Bright - Two Page Scrapbook Layou
Baking cookies together is one of our favorite traditions. Each year our tribe gets even more creative and enjoys creating their tray of masterpieces together. Even the grands did such a great job. The cookies turn out beautifully.
We made cookies together yesterday, but these pics feature our cookie making from 2018.
This was the first time making cookies in our new home. What a joy to have an island with space to spread out. Our oldest son's family brought their new puppy, so he added to the cuteness factor! The middle bottom picture (above) is my granddaughter seeing the brownie roll out cookie dough for the first time! Priceless reaction!!Our family brings us such joy!! I'm so glad that they live within a 20 minute radius and we are able to hang out together about once a week! We are blessed! I know many grandparents are separated by such distances. It may not always be this way, so we treasure the time together.
Thanks for stopping by my blog today and checking out my Christmas layouts. I have a few more to share this week. Hope your week leading up to the celebration of our Savior's birth is blessed and safe.

Merry Christmas - Two Page Layout
I love watching the expressions on all of their faces as they open things from each other and from us. There's nothing better.
This paper is from the same Christmas pack as the last layout that I shared. I love the rich colors and the patterns. The title was cut with my Cricut. I used some Wink of Stella to add some shimmer on the bow and also on the poinsettias that were punched with StampinUp! five point flower punch.
Three different patterned papers that all look great together and help show off the photos. I was able to use 10 pictures on this layout and still add embellishments, journaling, and a title.
Thanks for stopping by for another Christmas layout! Hope your days leading up to Christmas are productive, fun, and memorable for years to come!!

Merry Christmas - Two Page Scrapbook Layout
Here's another Christmas layout from 2018. Actually, we didn't celebrate Christmas with the extended family until January 2019. Do you struggle to scrapbook Christmas photos? I really struggle... I think it has to do with each year's pictures looking similar, multiple colors on groups of people all in the same layouts. I'm not sure, but they are definitely not my favorite pics to scrap.
The weird thing is I usually like the layouts when I'm done agonizing over them. One thing that helps me is using a pack of matching Christmas paper. When I can mix and match it all together, then at least the paper decision is easier. For this one, I chose a predominantly black background poinsettia paper. It seemed like there was a lot of black in the photos, so that helped tie it all together.I used my border punch to cut some ivory trim for the edges, and cut a tone on tone green paper for the sides. My StampinUp! five point flower is my "go to" punch for quick flowers. I used two layers of red with a button. The leaves are punched with the same punch out of green cardstock and then cut into leaves. Simple... Strip journaling briefly tells the story of our extended family shenanigans.
We love each other so much, and enjoy being together for an entire weekend. My husband's siblings and nephew stay over with us, and my kids who live in town, sleep at their homes, then come back in the morning. It's exhausting but so much fun!! We can't wait until January so we can be together again!
