Easter Basket - Two Page Scrapbook Layout

Easter comes early this year? What a celebration it will be.

Thought I should break from my Hawaii album in order to share a few Easter layouts with you. This one features my most favorite little people. 😍 How can these cuties be two years older already?

I used several different spring patterned papers and various stickers from Echo Park "Sweet Girl".
The birds and title were cut with my Cricut and placed around the page.
I love to mix patterned papers. Do you like the look? This layout was super simple and probably not one of my favorite, to be honest. Mostly because I'm not a huge fan of stickers since I got my Cricut. However, they do make for a quick page where everything matches and falls into a theme. So I use them on occasion and typically mix them in with cut images of my own.

Two page Layout - "Life is Tweet"

Banners are still one of my favorite embellishments. They are so simple, but they add so much.
The adorable flower was crocheted my best scrapbooking friend forever (BSBFF). I still can't believe she loves me enough to sit and crochet a whole bag of these flowers for me!!! They are so adorable! I'm pretty sure I borrowed her SU banner punch for this layout too...lol! How would I scrap without her?

I found this sketch on Inspired to Scrap. The paper is Doodle Bug Design, Making Memories and Bazzill. The bird in the photos was the inspiration for my title and paper choices. =)
The title was cut with Cricut's "Straight from the Nest" cartridge.  Thanks for stopping by my blog today.

Two Page layout - Comfy

It's been so long since I've scrapped! Okay, so maybe it's only been a month, but that seems way too long. Thankfully, I have a weekend retreat on my calendar for early March, and I can hardly wait!

Most of my recent scrapbooking attention is directed to our sweet grandbaby girl, Scarlet Rose!!! We have so many adorable pictures. It's so hard to pick and choose which pictures to scrap, because I love looking at them all.

She is almost 9 months old now, but this layout is older, when she was about 3-4 weeks old. So tiny and brand new! The picture credit goes to my youngest son who has a great eye for photography. I love the angles.

Our son's family lives about 15 minutes away and we are blessed to have them so close. We get together at least once a week for a family dinner at our house, but usually we are together more often than that. It's so amazing to watch this beautiful baby girl grow.
Of course, I used the Stampin Up 5 petal punch for the flowers. The tag was cut with my Cricut as well as the title from Graphically Speaking cartridge. The little birds and tree are adorable, aren't they? I cut those with my Cricut too, but I'm not sure which cartridge I used.
Thanks for stopping by my blog! Have a wonderful week!
