String Lake - Two Page Travel Scrapbook Layout

Hello friends! Loving the Spring weather we are starting to see here in NE Indiana. It could be "false Spring", but I'll take it!!

Today, I'm sharing another layout from our tip to the beautiful Teton area in Wyoming in 2020.

We still had a bit of smoky haze in the skies from all the wild fires. Still gorgeous, though! I'm always amazed at the beauty of God's creation.

The paper and journaling card is Heidi Swapp's "Wolf Pack" and the coordinating flowers are KaiserCraft "Collectables Antiquities". I designed the title with Design Space fonts, merging some of the letters together. I lean a lot on Design Space journaling too. The writing font is Elementary. My own handwriting is quite "elementary" looking too, but it isn't very legible. 😆

Thanks for checking it out today! Hope your week is blessed in unexpected ways!

Two Page Scrapbook Layout - "Time to Celebrate"

Just a few more Israel layouts to share! Whew!!! There were quite a few. This is what happens when you have so many great memories to capture. They all fit nicely in one album, though, so I think I did well!
This is a second layout from our final gala event. The guy behind me looking my direction is the person I work closely with to help plan our agent trips. He's kind of like a big brother to me. I wish I could remember why we were all laughing, but I'm thinking the joke was on me here based on my expression. 😆
It was such a great night seeing all of our planning play out in real life. What a blessing to even be there with my colleagues! I was a last minute add to the invitation list, so even more of a surprise blessing! My husband and I are just so grateful for the opportunity to experience Israel with so many amazing people that we know and love!!
I chose to play off the pink in my necklace and in the centerpiece flowers. Matting the pics in green amped up the color even more. I love the memories this layout evokes for my husband and I!!

Thanks for stopping by my blog today! Two more trip layouts coming soon!

Two page Scrapbook Layout - "Old City"

I only have a few more Israel layouts to share!  So many great pictures, but I had to narrow it down significantly to keep it in one large album. This layout features pictures from the temple.
It was so much HOTTER than normal while we were there and there was not much shade to be found within the walls. We kept walking and it was totally worth all the sweat!
The picture above (lower right) is our entire group. Remember this was a work trip, so it was such a blessing to experience this Holy place with others who we know and love, and who share our beliefs.
There were so many pictures, I really kept the embellishments to a minimum. These are travel stickers and travel washi tape that I had in my stash for quite some time. Hope you are inspired, and thanks for stopping by my blog today!

Two Page Scrapbook Layout - "Mount of Olives"

Today I have another Israel scrapbook page to share with you.

Our bus drove by a camel being ridden on the road as we were driving to the Mount of Olives. The same camel is pictured here. They were selling camel rides. Some of our group decided to do this. it looked like fun! The view from this point was breathtaking. This is where we started our walk down the long brick street (Hosanna Walk). Which will be pictured more in my next layout.
Thanks for stopping by my blog today! Have a scrappy, crafty week!

Two Page Scrapbook Layout - "David Citadel"

Here's another Israel layout from my newly completed album! This was a super long day of touring, baptisms in the Jordan and then travel from Tiberias to Jerusalem. That evening we had a group meal planned. As one of the hosts, I did my best to clean up, cool down and look presentable.
The David Citadel Hotel is absolutely amazing. We were so surprised, actually. It was very welcoming and our group check-in went pretty smoothly. We did have to go back and get another key to our room because the one they gave us didn't work. That took a little chunk out of my beautifying schedule, but that stuff happens sometimes.
So here we are cleaned up and ready to party with the group. You can't hide the tiredness in my eyes, but I'm sure everybody was dealing with that. We had a great first night in Jerusalem's grand David Citadel. The food was amazing and our view from the balcony where we ate as a group was stellar!
I had a scrap piece of travel paper from a stack that I've had for quite awhile. I cut out the luggage, arrow and the little circle details and used them as embellishments on plain ivory card stock. I added a little washi and some journaling. Hope you are inspired in some way! Thanks for stopping by today!
