Harvest Blessings - Two Page Fall Scrapbook Layout

As promised, here's a second layout from our 2019 trip to the apple orchard. These pics are featuring our silly selfies.

I love our time with the grandchildren. It can be crazy and hectic, but it's the fun we have together that makes the memories. Love matting the pics on the light blue paper.
I cut the pumpkin on my Cricut and popped it over the denim washi tape that I placed horizontally across the pages.
This pic above...It pretty much tells our story. I love our silly times together so much!

Thanks for stopping by my blog again today. Keep coming back. I'm writing a bunch of posts tonight  while I am here at my desk. Hope you are enjoying and maybe getting some autumn inspiration.

Fall Themed Cards

Happy Thanksgiving!! Hope you are enjoying this great day of thanks and praise and are taking time to think about your many blessings.

We had our whole immediate family here today for a traditional Thanksgiving meal with all of the trimmings. Almost 28 years ago, when we were first married, there was just the two of us around the table, and then there were four of us after we had our two boys. Three years ago my oldest son blessed us with a lovely daughter-in-law! Last year, we were blessed by a sweet little granddaughter who brings us so much joy!! And...we are expecting our second grandbaby in April of next year!! We are truly blessed!!

I'm hanging on to this day of Thanksgiving for the entire day today. The hustle and bustle of Christmas will swoop in on us tomorrow, but for today, it's still a day to give thanks to my God for who he is and all that he does. With all the beauty of autumn in mind, I'm posting a few cards that share this theme.

This Thanksgiving card was Pinterest inspired using the SU grunge stamp.
Another super simple design of layered scraps.
I dug out my SU layered photo corner punch to make this super simple Chevron design on Kraft.
This is another Pinterest inspired design that I made into a sympathy card.
Love the beautiful leaves on this SU set...I'm sad to put it away until next fall. =(
 Another Pinterest inspired Sympathy card.
This is the birthday card I created for my Mom. She loves all the beauty of autumn.
Another super simple sympathy card. I love to use texture folders. I can't get enough of them.
Thanks so much for stopping by my blog today! Hope you will find that you have so many blessings, that you can't even count them all. :)

Fall cards: Trees, Flower, & Owl

Time sure has flown since my last post. Life is so good, and very busy! Unfortunately, not much time for craftiness lately.

Purchased the above tree trunk stamp at my BSBFF's garage sale. WIN! Love the way this turned out. Could be used in so many different ways for all of the different seasons. Simple recipe: Stamp 3 different fall colors with a grungy splotch stamp; stamp tree trunks in foreground; dab on clear crackle distressing medium (Tim Holtz) for texture; dry with heat gun.

I made this one awhile back, but never posted. Used one of my favorite new dry embossing folders for the background texture. The stamp, punches, and decorative brad are all SU products. I like all of the layers, and the partial bracket punch in matching cardstock for the sentiment.

This one is actually a baby card, but would also be great for fall. Whooooo doesn't love owls?? The owl and branch are from Hoot n Holler cartridge.

Thanks for stopping by today. Have a fantastic fall weekend. I'm heading to BSU to enjoy a possibly rainy football game with my family.
