Shenanigans - Two Page Thanksgiving Scrapbook Layout

I remember this Thanksgiving like it was yesterday. We had so much fun together just hanging out at the table, chatting and being silly.

Oh my goodness. I love them all! My grandbaby girl is now over 5 ft tall! I miss the way we all were at that Thanksgiving.
This may be a combination of different fall paper collections. Super easy layout using strips of coordinating patterned paper and stickers.

Thanks for looking! Have a crafty week! I need a crafty week too!

Christmas Memories - Two Page Christmas Scrapbook Layout

Hello friends. I have another Christmas layout to share with you today!

Do you love plaid paper as much as me?? I also love the black matting behind the pictures. Especially for Christmas layouts! Here's a few pictures of our tree, and some of our Christmas decor from a few years back.

This photo of my grandkids is my absolute favorite!! I love their smiles and relaxed, but excited, expressions. Aren't the adorable?
Thanks for stopping by again!! Merry Christmas Eve!

Teton Village - Two Page Travel Layout

Here's another layout from our Wyoming trip in 2020. The Teton Village is just outside the entrance for the Teton National Park. Our group stayed at The Terra Hotel. It was beautiful and we loved our stay there. In fact, I'd like to book another meeting there in the future with one of our groups. There were lots of other accommodations available, as well as some shopping and eateries. Of course, the Teton Mountain Range is the most scenic back drop for the entire area!

This was a pretty simple layout. All pictures were matted on white for definition and I added black and white washi tape to highlight a few of the pictures. I like the black and white with the green plaid patterned paper.
I created the title in Design Space and cut it with my Cricut along with Mr. Moose. The dark green banners on both sides of the layout help to anchor the photos. Circut journaling for the "win", so that future generations can actually read it. I also added a few black and white tickets from my stash

Thanks for stopping by my blog today! Have a lovely rest of the week!

Good Morning - Two Page Good Friday Scrapbook Layout

Well 2020, was one of the strangest (and more memorable) years in my history. Our company was shut down (like most of the country) during Easter. I work for Brotherhood Mutual Insurance Company. We insure churches and related ministries across the company. Many of us are Christians. The company decided to hold a "drive-in" Good Friday service in the parking lot! We thought this was one of the coolest experiences ever (but also strange).

Of course, most of us rolled down our windows and we were able to hear the message given by one of our fellow employees, along with some great Easter music. It was a pretty day (but also cold and windy). What a great morning, though!!
What a creative way to see each other's faces (through the windshields) and celebrate Christ's resurrection together (but not too close together). I think we were directed to leave an empty space between cars (vehicle social distancing πŸ˜€). It's kind of funny when I think back, but none of us knew what we were dealing with, so the company was playing it safe.

The paper and all the embellishments came from a pack of paper from Echo Park. You may think it is strange that I scrapped these Covid memories. I try to capture all the memories (the good, bad, and strange).

Enjoy your week!

Happy Halloween - Two Page Scrapbook Layout

How are we almost through October already! I can't even handle how time is flying, but here we are only a few days before Halloween.

Here's a Halloween layout from a few years back. I love purple and orange together, but only for Halloween layouts. πŸ˜€

I will always remember these fun Reece's eyeball candies. They were so much fun and I haven't seen them since. Look how little my grandbabies were here! This was from 2018, so much has changed in the last four years.
For this layout I used a mix of pics of my fall decor, along with pics of the family celebrating. I also used a mix of tags and plaid Halloween themed paper.
Thanks for stopping by my blog today. Enjoy your week! May you have enjoy your treats with hopefully no tricks!!

Two Page Scrapbook Layout - "Make a Wish"

My boys share a birthday, and we think it's pretty special. The boys aren't as much of a fan of it, but now that they're older, I think they see how unique it is. They're like twins, two years removed...however, they don't really look much alike.
This particular birthday was two years ago, already! Time sure flies. As you can see from the date, their birthday is two days from now! I have another layout to share with you on that BIG day. The big news is my oldest will be 29 and my baby will be 27!! They're making me feel so old right about now. We couldn't be any more proud of the amazing men they have become!!!
This cake was something to talk about!! Cookie dough brownie cake! It was pretty amazing, but even I must admit, it was almost over the top with chocolate. At their request, I made it for them again last year, but left off the chocolate chips from the side of the cake. I will be making it again this year because they love it. It's super easy too, but shhhhhh...that'll be our little secret!
I use this mustache washi tape a lot in their layouts. My hubby and boys love their facial hair so it's perfect for all their layouts. And the plaid....very masculine!

Thanks for stopping by my blog today. You'll have to stop back on Thursday for the other layout of their 2017 birthday. Love our boys!! πŸ˜πŸ™ŒThey are simply our best contribution to society.

Two Page Scrapbook Layout - "Warm Winter Wishes"

Here's a layout of our 2016 Christmas tree hunt at the Tree Farm. I love that or kids all meet up with us to help us pick out a real tree. We always pick either a Douglas or a Frasier fir. Unfortunately, they rarely have them in the cut your own tree area. But we always find a nice one that's already been cut...and let's face it..that's just super simple.
The kids rode the train with Uncle Jacob and Aunt Katie. Super cute pictures! Our big lumberjacks carry the tree out to the car and get it secured, and then we all go to lunch!
The littles seem to love checking out the nativity scene and enjoying the whole "real tree" experience. I know we love having them with us!!
More Christmas layout to come! See you soon!
