Two Page Scrapbook Layout - "Family Ties"

We try to get together with my husband's siblings as often as possible. What a blessing to actually enjoy sharing time with family. So many laughs, and even some tears  as we talk about our memories of Mom and Dad who have moved on to their heavenly home.

The last time we got away together was the fall of 2014 to Holland, Michigan. It's my new favorite place!! Beautiful sunsets at Tunnel Park, the most beautiful Lake Michigan, and a chill in the air....

Jacob was the only one of our kids who was able to come. We feel honored that he likes to hang out with us most of the time. He drove several hours from college, to be with us...We're apparently that cool!!

The paper is Authentique's "Review". The flowers are made from Studio G washi tape. These are pretty easy to make. I like how they lay flat, unless of course, you add a button.

The title was cut with Cricut's "Lyrical Letters", and the journaling tag from Art Philosophy.

It's definitely time for us to get together again!! I miss staying up late playing games and laughing the night away. Such great memories!
