In February, 2021, we made a quick trip to Florida for a double Memorial Service for my treasured Aunt and Uncle who both died from Covid within 9 days of each other. I'm so glad we took the time, and used some of our travel points to be there with our beloved family!! I hadn't seen some of my cousins in years. Hopefully the next time we get together it will be for a cousin reunion or something more fun! However, I know my Aunt and Uncle would have been pleased to see us gathering together in their honor. They were beautiful people, who loved their family well and lived a beautiful life together. They are dearly missed by all who were blessed enough to know them!
Here's one page layout of a few pictures we took during the Memorial Service.
Not only did they love their family, but they loved each other dearly and set such a great example of loving each other through thick and thin!I used the lovely paper from Simple Stories "Heart". It was absolutely perfect for this occasion. I layered up some of the ephemera, stickers and embellishments to accent the beautiful photos of my sweet cousins, and my Aunt and Uncle. The dark black with the gold hearts was a nice anchor for the other coordinating patterned paper. The gold metallic accents were a nice touch. The large "remember" sticker made a perfect, and easy, title for the page.
